Kalligraphia XVI

May 14 - August 28

Kalligraphia XVI has opened at the Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library. Every three years, Kalligraphia (Greek for “beautiful writing”) returns to the library to share “original works submitted for display [that] demonstrate a wide range of contemporary calligraphic practices, from the traditional to more experimental methods of using letterforms as a means for artistic expression.”

Kalligraphia XVI features an exhibit along with events, such as calligraphy demonstrations, gallery walks & talks, and more. See the full event line up on the SF Public Library site.
