Halloween & Día De Los Muertos at the SF Symphony

October 20-November 5

Spooktacular things are happening at the San Francisco Symphony this October! The scary sounds of Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique; the always chilling iconic Suite from Psycho by Bernard Herrmann and the monster-ific Frankenstein by HK Gruber; all led by music director Esa-Pekka Salonen. And to cap it off, the SF Symphony plays the score live to Hocus Pocus, which will definitely put a spell on you!
This follows with a beautiful concert remembering the dead at the Día De Los Muertos concert; “arrive early to enjoy Aztec dancing, dedicated altars, and exquisite folk art in the lobby. Then, experience an exciting concert with conductor Carlos Miguel Prieto.”
