As part of Pride Month, the Asian Art Museum is presenting “The Worlds of Bernice Bing: Film Screening with Madeleine Lim,” an online event featuring two short films by Lim, an award-winning queer immigrant filmmaker. Following the films, Lim will discuss her works with the Head of Contemporary Art at the Asian Art Museum, Abby Chen.
The Asian Art Museum notes, “Lim‘s films shine a light on belonging and community as Asian Americans continue their fight for equity, safety, respect, and the right to be fully American.”
