Make Music Day returns June 21, featuring free performances around the globe, across the country, and even here in San Francisco’s Civic Center! Don’t miss the free, noon to 1pm performance by the Brass Mafia at UN Plaza — a band “inspired by the brass band tradition of New Orleans, Jazz Mafia’s madcap hybrid ensemble borrows the instrumental makeup and ebullient spirit of the Crescent City second line while infusing it with a decidedly Nor Cal vibe.”
Make sure to grab lunch from the Heart of the City Farmers’ Market vendors, Assembly Cafe & Beer Garden, or another Civic Center restaurant, and take a seat at a table and enjoy the show!
