Middle Ground from the Exploratorium at the SF Public Library

Middle Ground returns to Civic Center! An interactive exhibit from the Exploratorium, it invites visitors to “pull up a chair,” and interact with one another.

“Social scientists have studied how we think, feel, and behave in relation to other people for decades. Their investigations have shed light on bias and stereotyping, humor and generosity, how we work together, and how we pull apart into tribes,” adds the Exploratorium. “Middle Ground explores these topics while giving people a chance to connect with others and experience directly the human phenomenon of the exhibition.”

Find the exhibit on the Larkin Street steps of the Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library through March 2024.
