UN Plaza Fitness Classes: Dance, Yoga, Strength & More

Get moving at the new fitness classes hosted in UN Plaza! From pilates to Zumba, and strength training to Hip Hop dance, there are a bunch of new, free fitness classes happening daily.

Most classes do require an RSVP; see the full calendar on the San Francisco Recreations & Parks department site for times and details of all activities in UN Plaza and sign up for the daily fitness classes led by Rae Studios here.

  • Wednesdays, 5pm | Hip Hop (Beg) w/ Kait
  • Thursdays, 5pm | Hip Hop (Beg) w/ Tiana
  • Fridays, noon | Power Yoga (All Levels) w/ Maria
  • Saturdays, 10am | K-Pop (Beg) w/ Ki To
  • Saturdays, 11am | BollyX (All Levels) w/ Anushya
  • Sundays, 10am | Zumba (All Levels) w/ Nora
  • Sundays, 11am | HIIT (All Levels) w/ Joanne
  • Hip Hop (Beginner) with Conni | Fridays at 4:00pm (March 8th-29th)
  • DRENCHED! (All Levels) with Diamond | Saturdays at 12:00pm (March 2nd-30th)
  • BollyX (All Levels) with Simran | Sundays at 12:00pm (March 10th-31st)
